Thank you for inviting me to be part of your fitness journey! If this is your first time here, I’m Ryan - a certified personal trainer, passionate about helping people transform their body, promote longevity of life, and tap into sustainable strength. For me, fitness is about so much more than just looking good—it’s about feeling strong, confident, and capable in every area of life.

My own fitness journey began as a way to push past personal limits and discover what I’m truly capable of. Along the way, I realized it’s not just physical strength that matters—it’s also about mental and emotional resilience, and staying grounded in what truly motivates me. .

Every week, I’ll bring you tips, ideas, and my thoughts and suggestions to help you reach your goals. This is more than a workout—it’s a lifestyle, a way to honor the amazing potential in each of us. But let’s get to know eachother first!

Here’s to doing a GreatWork together!

1. Former Softball Captain turned Cheerleader: My fitness journey started early—after 14 years of year round select softball, I became a cheerleader in college at Texas Wesleyan University, where I learned the importance of self-reliability and endurance.

2. Running Club Leader: I’m passionate about building community through fitness. I even started making moves towards building a running club at my church that meets bright and early on Saturday mornings (prayerfully coming this Spring!)

3. Big Bend Bound: For my birthday, I’m heading to Big Bend National Park—because hiking and exploring nature is my favorite way to celebrate life and stay active.

4. Fitness Meets Faith: I believe fitness isn’t just physical; it’s a way to strengthen your body, mind, and spirit (but I promise I keep it subtle!).

5. Meal Prep Pro: Cooking is one of my favorite pastimes! Healthy, flavorful food is key to fueling workouts and staying consistent. Always happy to share tips and recipes - but you gotta cook it yourself! (Or someone…just not me!)

6. Adventure Enthusiast: From Sedona to St. Thomas, I love planning trips with activities that keep me moving—swimming, hiking, and exploring are my go-to ways to unwind.

7. Always Learning: I have over 10 years of marketing experience, and it is actually what I do full-time!
